Karissa graduated from Kindergarten! It hardly seems possible. The school year flew by. We met lots of great friends and had the BEST teacher. Not only did we think so, but so did the City of Camarillo, as she was named Educator of the Month. We loved her, mostly because she took Karissa's personality in-stride and always laughed about it later when I'd get the report at pick-up time.
Karissa learned lots of things this year. Reading, Math, Science, and how to chase boys. She experienced her first crush (see photo below) and lost her first teeth. What a year.
