I'm not ARGUING

The scene: Addi and Karissa's room with both girls tucked in bed.
Addi: "Can I have a wam baba, please Mom?"

Mean Mom: "NO!"

Addi: "Please I need a warm baba."
Mean Mom: "No! Addi, your teeth will get ucky."

Addi (fake crying): "No fair. Please can I have a warm baba."
Mean Mom: "Addi, stop argueing with me."

Addi: "I not arguuuing, I'm just asking."

Mean Mom and Dad burst out laughing

(And I thought Karissa was the difficult one.)

Bed Hopper

See this sweet little girl on the right. She is now known as the bed hopper. Every night about 3:30a, she scales her crib and sneaks into Matt and my bed. It's quite entertaining. She has to be right in the middle and needs lots of covers. Then she lays there quietly for a few minutes and whispers that she needs a warm baba. (Yes at 2 1/2 yrs old we should have stopped this a long time ago.) I always say, NO! So she cuddles close to Matt and asks him. Since Matt never says no, he jumps out of bed and grants her request.

Not sure what we are going to do when the new baby arrives.

3,2,2,2..Blast Off

This is how many dr appointments (in weeks) I have left until our little boy arrives.

Scary and really exciting!
