Petting Zoo

Karissa and Addison spent the afternoon with all their friends from Small Wonder. They miss them so much. When I told Karissa this morning we were going to see them at the Oak Park Library Petting Zoo, she screamed for about 5 minutes.

Camp Meyring

Last week was crazy. We finished swim lessons, my dad was down for a visit and Karissa and Addi spent everyday with most of their cousins. Here is a review of our week.

Now that the dance recital is over, Karissa got her well needed haircut. Collin and Kelsey also got their haircut by Auntie Paige.

After way too much swimming, we dried out at the ranch. Ellie & Kayley love their horse Ringo and were thrilled to have Karissa and Addi come see him. Karissa even got to ride him. (With Uncle Matt of course.)

Dance Recital

Sunday, July 12, was Karissa's first dance recital. She and her cousin Kayley are in the same dance class at the Camarillo Academy of Performing Arts. Both Karissa and Kayley performed perfectly and really loved being on stage. We are very proud of these 2 cuties!

Rose's Wedding

There is nothing like a good wedding. Here are some photos of Rose and Eric's wedding.

I've known Rose since she was about 16. Her parents Mark and Lisa are our friends as well as Karissa's Godparents. Matt's cousinJohn-Paul was a groomsmen, (small world). It was great to see John-Paul and Kristen there. Karissa danced her little heart out. Karissa couldn't wait to hug and kiss her Rosie. I love bridal boquets. This one was stunning.

Fiesta

We went to the Fiesta in Old Town Camarillo on Thursday night and ran in to a bunch of friends.

Karissa was delighted to see her "swimming boyfriend", Spiderman, and his family. I had to let her ride a few rides with him and his sister.

Happy 4th of July

I'm starting to think the 4th of July is becoming my favorite holiday. We've created so many great memories over the years with lots of family and friends.
