It has been another fun week with Karissa and Addison. We got to experience Addison's first smiles. She loves to hear our voices, especially Karissa. She has also started to coo and make all kinds of funny little noises. A day in the life of baby Addi usually consists of lots of eating, sleeping and wanting to be held by Matt and I. Ah the sweet life!
Karissa has been quite busy as well. She went to gymnastics twice this week. She had a make-up class this past Wednesday that she insisted on wearing makeup to her make-up class. Karissa loves to be our bathing beauty because she gets to wear her bathing-soup.
We spent Friday at the Salon de Maulhardt. Earlier in the week Karissa made a special announcement at dinner, "Mommy your hair is really brown!" Matt just about fell out of his chair with laughter. Thank you Karissa! Luckily Auntie Paige was on her way down for a visit. Karissa got her hair cut and I got my hair painted. Little Miss Karissa insisted that she did not want her hair painted like Auntie Beth and Mommy.
Last night we took Addison and Karissa to see Wall-E. We absolutely loved it. Karissa nearly sat through the entire movie, minus a few pottie breaks. Addison happily slept in her sling.
Next week we are off to Utah to visit Uncle Ryan, Aunt Kristy and Breann and Brett- Brett.
